Mark is an accomplished professional in the fields of mortgage banking and real estate development, driven by his passion and extensive experience spanning over two decades. With a career that began in 1997, he takes immense pride in having facilitated over $1.6 billion in mortgage funding and real estate transactions. His ultimate goal is to serve as a compassionate and knowledgeable resource, supporting homeowners who find themselves in challenging situations with their lenders. Additionally, Mark specializes in working with probates and fiduciaries during home sales, offering genuine advice from a place of authenticity.

Outside of his dedicated work for clients, Mark cherishes the time he spends with his five amazing children, who range from kindergarten to college age. During his leisure moments, he engages in a variety of activities that bring him joy, such as soccer, swimming, working out, and even indulging in Pilates to maintain a balanced lifestyle.

Furthermore, Mark finds fulfillment in giving back to his community. He actively contributes to fundraisers for Canyon Heights Catholic School and Bellarmine, seeking opportunities to make a positive impact. One of his proudest achievements occurred in 2009 when he successfully intervened and prevented the foreclosure of 744 homes, exemplifying his commitment to helping others.

Fred Mayer

Fred is our solutions man. He interfaces between the client and Mark in the preparation and wrapping up of properties. Fred maintains a healthy relationship with all of our vendors and ensures that each stage of the process is completed correctly and on schedule.

When not working with The Dunne Group, Fred is an incredible husband and a loving father to two girls. If and when he has free time he’s an avid basketball player and you’ll have a difficult time keeping up with him down the slopes of Lake Tahoe.
